Creating a campaign is a simple process in Clice. Follow these steps:

Note that once the campaign is created, you will be able to edit it and even delete it. To learn more, see Edition & deletion

To start creating a campaign, go to the Campaigns section in your Clice account and click the New button in the top right.
Choose between broadcast and triggered.
To learn more, see Broadcast vs Triggered.
Only if you choose a broadcast campaign:
You must choose a segment of users to send this campaign to. If you do not have a segment, or if you want to send it to all your users, you can also choose the All my users option in the dropdown, after the segments.
Not sure what a segment is? See this guide Segment.

You can click the AI button in the top right and provide instructions to your AI assistant, who will fill in these fields. Note that Assistant Requests are required for this action. If you are not sure what that is, see the page Ressources quotas.

After confirming the segment, you need to fill in your campaign content. Here are the fields to complete and our tips to do it well and maximize conversion:

Note that these two fields, title and description, are the only ones that appear immediately when the inbox opens, embedded in your application. The rest will only be visible to your users once the campaign is opened.

The main content: This is the content users see once they click to open the campaign. You benefit from our rich text editor that allows all text styles, colors, markdown, images, tables, code, emojis, and more.
For length, it depends on your campaign goal (for example: announce an update, ask a question, sell a product), but we recommend not overloading the content and also paying attention to aesthetics to make reading easier for your users.
The call to action: This is the button at the very bottom of the campaign, often prompting the user to take action (for example: I’m in! for a campaign promoting personalized support). Also add the URL, that is, the web link the user will be redirected to when they click the button.
Note that the call to action is optional. You can choose not to include it in your campaign by clicking the Remove button on the right.
Reply: You can allow or disallow users to reply to the campaign. If you allow replies, you must include a question (it can simply be text prompting a reply). We recommend keeping it fairly short.
If a user replies, their response will be saved as Feedback. If you need to learn more about feedback, see Feedbacks.
