Each Clice user has a resource quota, which is updated with every use and reset monthly, depending on their plan.

Here are the different resources that are limited by plan:
Number of in-app users
AI tokens per month (usage by your users of the Chatbot)
Campaigns per month (number of campaigns created per month), including:
For example, if your plan allows 80 campaigns per month and you currently have 15 triggered campaigns, you’ll have only 80 − 15 = 65 campaigns available after quota renewal. The 15 “missing” quotas can only be recovered by deleting those triggered campaigns.
In-app sends (number of sends per month, e.g. sending 10 campaigns to a segment of 200 users = 200 × 10 = 2000 sends)
Assistant requests (the requests you make — not your users — to your AI within Clice, for example when creating AI Intents or generating Reports)
Number of onboardings that can be created
Note that not all actions you can perform in Clice using your AI assistant consume the same number of Assistant requests. Here’s the breakdown:
