This page covers the Feedbacks section of your Clice account.
Here, you can manage all feedback — regardless of its source (campaign responses, chatbot collection, or explicit submissions).
The most recent feedback will appear first, and you can add items to your favorites by opening them and clicking the 🔖 icon in the top-right corner of the popup.
Depending on the source of the feedback, you’ll see details such as the campaign it came from, any tag added by the Chatbot (if applicable), or the rating given by the user.
You can also access all feedback from a specific user in the Users section by clicking on a user and then selecting View feedback.
These feedback entries are also taken into account by the AI during analytical report generation.

You can filter your feedback to display only the most relevant ones — particularly useful when you have thousands of entries.
To do this, simply click the Filters button at the top right of the feedback interface and follow the prompts.
