This page covers the Agent section of your Clice account.
The Clice Chatbot integrated into your platforms (SaaS, landing pages, documentation, etc.) can answer all your users’ and leads’ questions — and can also perform certain actions.
- The Chatbot starts by initiating the conversation with your user. You can customize these conversation openings here: Conversation starters
- As soon as the user writes to it, the Chatbot takes into account all the knowledge you’ve taught it in order to provide highly relevant answers. You can teach it anything you want: Knowledge base
- After responding to the user, the Chatbot can autonomously perform actions, such as assigning a tag or recording feedback. To learn more, see Agentic capacities
