This page covers the Leads section of your Clice account.
A Lead is a visitor to your website (not to be confused with an authenticated user of your application) who has interacted with the Chatbot and provided certain information — such as their email or specific needs.
The Leads section is very straightforward: it displays your leads starting from the most recent.
You can select a lead to view their details (email, tags, messages, etc.).
Tags work the same way as they do for authenticated users — they can be automatically assigned by the Agent.
However, the Agent does not save their key messages as Feedback, but as Information, which you can view directly in the Lead’s profile.
You can filter your Leads based on the tags assigned to them by the Agent.
To do this, click on the Actions dropdown menu in the top right corner and select Search by tag.
Below are the default system tags automatically assigned by your Agent to Leads
(these are not your custom tags).
