This page covers the Conversations section of your Clice account.

There are three types of conversations, which you can navigate through using the dropdown menu located at the top right.


1. Active in-app

Conversations with your authenticated users within your application that are currently open.

Each user can have a maximum of one active conversation. Older ones are archived.


2. Archived in-app

Conversations with your authenticated users within your application that have been closed — either voluntarily by the user or after reaching the message limit per conversation.

You cannot add messages to an archived conversation, nor can you reactivate it. It is accessible for analytics and tracking purposes only.


3. Active unauthenticated

Conversations from visitors to your websites who are not authenticated.

All these conversations are active, and you can add messages to them.
